 I have been writing code since 95 and still have so much to learn. I am
 new to WordPress. I figured out the culprit category visibility by ipeat
 but I installed another plugin that does similar thing and this one allows
 my tags to work. It was updated yesterday 5/1 and it was one that
 previously would not work.
