 A patch with light UI/wording changes:
  * The "Choose a city in the same timezone as you." label is moved right
 below the select box. It is supposed to describe the drop-down, but is too
 far from it if there are daylight-saving notifications.
  * References to the current timezone are implied. We don't need to say
 that the daylight savings time ''in the current timezone''starts on a
 certain date.
  * Added explanation what daylight savings time means (moving the clock)
