 WP makes a mistake and does not count the links directly into the comment
 if is inserted directly the HTML (<a href = "", etc. ...).
 While the link counts correctly if it is found and processed directly from
 WP (ie if you type directly www .... etc. ...).

 In practice, the maximum link count for the moderation of comments is not
 working properly and the comments, even with dozens of links, are
 published immediately if the comment contain directly the HTML code.
