 Well, we still want them to be able to manually select a timezone
 directly, as some people won't want to pick a city.

 Since the Etc ones are potentially confusing, I'm thinking of just adding
 a bunch of "UTC-10" ones directly in and then having them clear the
 timezone string entirely and set the gmt_offset directly, much like the
 old way. But they'd still be in the dropdown list.

 I'll work up a patch for that, show you what I mean.
