 I had, at one point, deleted all the files on the server (wordpress
 2.7.whatever it was while 2.8 was in beta), and replaced them with the new
 version (wordpress 2.8).  After updating, it couldn't seem to access the
 rss feeds on the admin page (it kept displaying "Warning: error_log() has
 been disabled for security reasons in
 /www/freewebhostx.com/l/r/f/lrflew/htdocs/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php
 on line 8875").  Deleting MYSQL and reinstalling didn't work ether, I even
 re-downloaded wordpress and tried again, but it still didn't work.
