 No errors on the Turbo Page.

 The Turbo menu (link) at the top right corner (next to Howdy,) does not
 appear when Turbo is inactive, by the way. I go to Tools and activate
 Turbo, it counts to 167/167, then it says Update completed.

 And then the TinyMCE cannot load, all my sites and some of my friends
 encounter this issue.
