 * Hooks to do what exactly? Change the time before deletion? Why not just
 have an option in the discussion preferences?

 * What is meant by "needs to be based on how old ''and how big''"? It is
 already based on how old in my patch, but where does ''size'' come into
 it? Delete longer comments sooner? Why?
