 This should be too hard check out #L119,
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-admin/install.php#L119 We
 just need to make 'admin' a variable, add the form field, and make sure
 people aren't doing anything weird with their user name basically.

 BTW, did dd32 auto-own this?
