 This is causing issues for a plugin I developed. It used the wp_posts.guid
 to get the full permalink to a post.

 How can I get the permalink from the database now? If I retrieve this
 field in wp2.5+ it only comes back with a ugly permalink (/?=post_nr) (not
 a proper rewritten one as in /%postname%/)

 Also, the documentation says that this is still the permalink:
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_post
