 This line says it's trying to destroy stored credentials.

 It happened before? Have you reinstalled? Have you changed your hosting?

 It's strange. It's like php doesn't have permissions to do that. Have you
 tried reinstalling wp-admin?

 BTW, it appears it only happens to you.
