 Yes, I am saying just like you copy their password, you can copy their
 email address, saving them that step. The user can then delete his address
 if he really doesn't want mail.

 If you then add your user name to the cc on a ticket you will be notified
 of changes on the ticket.

 That is not true for the tickets one opens. For them one will get mail Cc
 or not.
