 In wp-admin/options-discussion.php we see "Allow people to post comments
 on the article"

 That should be "Allow people to post comments on articles".

 (Yes, even though it says "(These settings may be overridden for
 individual articles.)" below it.)

 Otherwise people might think you are talking about some "current article".
