 What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. load firebug 1.4x.0a11
 2. open an Wordpress Edit page /wp-admin/post-new.php
 3. the page will load then check the categories iframe will show a full
 page and then the page will reload to show just the HTML edit buttons

 What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 the page not to reload

 What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 chacked on 2.6 mu and 2.7
