Comment:

 The patch set contains the nessessary ''set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);'' at
 line 18 newly introduced an will be executed prior to any attempt to load
 a language file. I have tested it at my system and it works as expected
 (related to language files).
 I assume, that the secondary issue i found has been fixed with the bugfix
 the patchset stands for.
 This can be closed from prospective of language files.
