 German "Umlaute" in the DashBoard Tags-Quicklinks quirks on some Linux
 Webservers.
 This at least concerns the tag quicklinks, all other german "Umlaute" are
 okay.

 Solution:
 Add the "header()" line in "wp-admin/admin-ajax.php"

 header('Content-Type:text/html; charset='.get_option('blog_charset'));
