 I couldnt get fsockopen() working either, The proxy server seems to be
 returning ..nothing:

 array(4) { ["headers"]=> array(0) { } ["body"]=> NULL ["response"]=>
 array(2) { ["code"]=> int(0) ["message"]=> string(0) "" } ["cookies"]=>
 array(0) { } }
 }}}

 It might be the proxy server i'm testing with.. but it works with
 browsers.
