Comment:

 For the cache check, [http://bugs.simplepie.org/issues/show/37 bug 58] is
 filed on the SimplePie bug tracker for it, slated for 1.2. Until Ryan
 Parman or myself can get around to coding that and getting 1.2 out the
 door, we should be able to work around it with our custom cache class.
