 I think a set of dropdowns which are javascript loaded would be good.

 Maybe browser js support is another requirement as well as PHP5 for the
 improved interface.

 I guess we also need a way of getting from the current option to a good
 guest for the new one - can this be done easily other wise people may
 trash there timezone accidentally.
