 Hello,
 I have Wordpress 2.7 (upgraded gradually from 2.3) and from the beginning
 Wordpress does not recognize its version. I upgraded to 2.7.1 but update
 notice is always displayed.

 On dashboard there is message "You are using Wordpress Array" (instead of
 Array it should be 2.7.1). I tried to deactivate all plugins, but it is
 still here and I am not sure, how to repair it (something wrong in
 database?). Many plugins does not work due to error: "Warning:
 version_compare() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in..."
