Comment:

 This sounds like a mod_security issue.. Specifically, It thinks the fact
 you've included "FROM" in the data you've posted, that you're trying to
 exploit the application in some way, and passing a SQL expression to it..

 But that would usually exhibit a 500 error.. not 404.
