 As described by the user who reported it:

 > I´ve just started testing semiologic with a norwegian website, and I
 have to use country specific characters in the title of certain pages -
 like Æ Ø & Å....

 > The trouble is that uploads (images) in those pages do not show as the
 link is broken because of those characters!
