Old description:

 While editing a "Page" on my blog I noticed that the "Save" button was
 missing. In order to save I have to wait for the autosave to do  it then
 do a restore.

 Update: It appears that the Publish box was in the 2nd column, whilst the
 user was still using a 1-column setup.

Comment:

 > Once I set 2 columns I saw the publish module, moved it back to under
 the edit pane, then reset back to 1 column again.

 That was my next thought.

 Should probably check to see if theres any code to reset boxes from 2nd
 column to the 1st column in the event that something changes.
