 Can you run a test an send a post request (e.g. with wget) to you site's
 wp-cron.php file and see if the WP-cronjobs are processed? I can not see
 any changes in the sourcecode so far that would make a difference (checked
 /wp-includes/cron.php).

 From what I've seen, [11826] is related to the changes you quoted and it's
 said that it fixed #10349 .
