 Hi Guys,

 I recently upgraded to 2.8.3 and I have unpleasant bug to be fixed. In
 Admin panel my widnow box does not pop up. For example,

 I want to add theme and before adding I want to preview it but it does not
 new window box and it shows with ugly way below footer on the left. The
 same thing happens when I try to install new plugins. It does not pop up
 the install window box when you click install from admin panel.

 It does the same thing using default theme and without plugins. It was not
 before and it happened as soon as I upgraded to 2.8.3

 So the same thing happens with adding images, media and other things like
 that when posting a page or articles.

 I am not a coder and do not know how to solve it.  Please contact me at
