 Hi, i was updating from 2.7x to 2.8 and then to all newer version when
 they came out. Now i took a look at the wp-config.php-File and saw that
 there was still no "NONCE_KEY". I would say this is a bug (?).
 ---------
 btw: Could i just add a NONCE_KEY with a custom phrase or do i have to
 make all phrases for all keys new?
