 Great !

 do not know if it is still a bug,

 in last trunk :

 Active and Inactive filtered lists work fine,
 but for All list, unable to deactivate a plugin, only activate option
 available,
 i believe plugin status should be tested to retrieve the right text and
 link (Activate/Deactivate)
