 When posts with multiple tags are listed, the page title only reflects the
 first tag in the URL.

 For example for http://savesenergytips.wordpress.com/tag/tip+money1/ the
 page title shows:

    Posts Tagged ‘tip’

 It would be nice if it showed:

    Posts Tagged BOTH ‘tip’ AND ‘money1’

 Since otherwise visitors are lead to believe they are seeing ALL posts
 tagged 'tip', when clearly they're only seeing a subset (those also tagged
 'money1').
