 Plugins => Add New
 Appearence => Add New
 }}}
 Wait, What? Add new Appearance? Is that a Theme, or is for Widgets? etc.


 Then again, Many themes come with a widget or 2 included.. so..

 Theres the reasoning for it in my mind.. but i'm perfectly happy with just
 'Add New' I've looked at it everytime i've gone near there and thought
 "hmmmm"
