 I have noticed that the very useful "Visit Site" link has disappeared from
 the administration screens and am adding a patch to returns it for your
 consideration. I reckon that the new top menu might be the place for it
 and have gone and removed what might be seen as redundant links as well
 (they are commented out for now).
