Comment:

 2.7 menus are completely different now. There is no "Manage" menu or
 "Write" menu anymore.[[BR]]
 The new "Content" menu goes :
  * Posts
  * Comments
  * Media Library
  * Links
  * Pages

 Tags, Categories, and Link Categories have been moved to the new
 "Utilites"(WTF?) menu.
