 My understanding was that Hello Dolly is supposed to be used as an example
 plugin, But like technosailor says, Its an utter aweful example of a
 plugin, Global values, running code in non-function/hook aspect, etc. It
 really would be good to replace it with something else which DOES
 demonstrate a lot more functionality..
