 I want it removed too. The purpose is to demonstrate how to make a WP
 plugin and while it provides a functional example of a WP plugin, a more
 involved plugin would be useful. One that adds, for example, a management
 page, uses a hook or two (including one that takes more than two
 arguments, for instance) and one that is built in an object oriented way
 to demonstrate preferred coding techniques for a WP plugin.

 I'm just saying that Hello Dolly, while a little useful from a
 demonstration perspective, really could use more demonstration
 functionality. Rewrite Hello Dolly in a more complex way, and it would
 still be functionally useless but demonstrably more useful. :)
