 9570 via svn. (2.7-beta2-9559)

 The upload new media screen doesn't seem to know what it is doing.  On the
 same screen it says

 "You are using the Flash uploader" and
 "You are using the browser uploader"

 (Screen attached from IE7)

 The upload works, it's just messy.

 Also you can select a .txt file for uploading and it will just refresh to
 the media screen without either uploading or giving an error.
