 The addLoadEvent() in the media uploader iframe doesn't work. Not sure why
 it's there, as it's not used anywhere in WordPress, perhaps for plugins to
 use. However we should either fix it or remove it.

 The patch adds the addLoadEvent function from the admin head to the
 uploader iframe.
