 Attached a patch to fix...

 To reproduce this:

 1. As admin create a new user account
 2. Default admin colour scheme for new account is "fresh"
 3. As admin, change YOUR colour scheme to "classic"
 4. As admin, edit the new user's profile
 5. Notice that the currently selected option incorrectly displays as
 "classic"
