 I made a [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/reorder-gallery/ plugin
 called Reorder Gallery], which allows people to change the order of their
 gallery images (I think that it should be added to core in it's current
 state - NON-JS).  I want to expand it to allow for drag and drop, but it
 needs a small alteration on the CSS.
