#5986: Missing definite article

Changes (by filosofo):

  * keywords:  has-patch dashboard => has-patch dashboard grammar
  * component:  General => Administration

Comment:

 Any chance we could get this in 2.6? Referring to '''the''' X theme seems
 to be standard usage elsewhere: on the Design page it refers to "The
 default !WordPress theme" and "The original !WordPress theme"; similar
 usage seems to be common on the codex.

 Besides, it's just proper English. From
 [http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/540/01/ Purdue]:
 {{{
 The definite article is used before singular and plural nouns when the
 noun is specific or particular. The signals that the noun is definite,
 that it refers to a particular member of a group. For example:

 "The dog that bit me ran away." Here, we're talking about a specific dog,
 the dog that bit me.
 }}}
 In this case, we're talking about a specific theme, the "Default" theme,
 or whatever.
