 On administrative menus like user editing, Manage posts, comments, pages
 and so on form options are listed at the top of the page but not at the
 bottom

 Consider duplicating all options at in the footer menu, because if you
 select a large number of items like when you are pruning spambot created
 users, then have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to click the
 delete button it's inefficient.

 Consider changing to show instead:
