 -1 from me. I don't like this idea at all.

 In case you guys don't know, a lot of people use customized versions of
 Kubrick and Classic. Your doing-so will confuse a lot of people.

 Can't you just show a message that this and that needs to be changed
 inside the wp-content folder during download?
