index by second word

 If first word of blog title ("Name" column) in a blogroll is an article,
 such as:

 "the"
 "a"
 "an"

 Then index the title or "Name" alphabetizing by second word in title.  In
 addition, apply this logic to the sidebar or any blogroll widget as well.

 Then strip out chars, not numbers, from the title to default to the
 following number or letter such as in the screenshots for "The 'Burg" or
 "That 80's Blog."
