 Just installed WP trunk (rev 7128), and found that under Manage, there is
 no easy way to get to Import Links.

 The only link I could find to {{{wp-admin/link-import.php}}} was under the
 Related section when editing an already existing link. Kinda hidden.

 It's going to be a bit cluttered and awkward adding an "Import Links" item
 under the Manage menu. It wasn't so bad before, when the blogroll had its
 own top-level menu.
