 It might be worth allowing a bypass for the translations for the updater,
 AFAIK the web service utilises a combination of Plugin URI, Plugin Name,
 Filename, and potentially the Author details too(I think).

 That would also mean with the current implementation that the files would
 need to be read twice as the cached results would be useless.

 My only suggestion would be to move the Translations to the plugins.php
 file, I'm attempting a patch of that right now, But its a bit messy since
 theres Display Logic(Links) in the get_plugin_data() function.
