 The {{{get_category_parents()}}} function supports setting a separator
 between a category and its sub-categories, but this functionality isn't
 exposed anywhere.

 The patch adds a new optional {{{$subcat_separator}}} argument to both
 {{{get_the_category_list()}}} and {{{the_category()}}}.
