 Livejournal allows you to link to other users by creating a tag [lj
 user="fleem"], where [] are angle brackets, and fleem is the username
 you're linking to.  The present LJ importer leaves this untranslated,
 resulting in posts that appear to be missing all usernames. Patch
 attached.
