 Whenever I go to write a new post, or edit a previous one, I get the
 following error (this example is when I'm editing one):

 Forbidden
 You don't have permission to access /wp-
 admin/upload.php?style=inline&tab=upload&post_id=190&_wpnonce=bafc993bd9
 on this server.
 }}}

 I tried going to:
 {{{
 /wp-admin/upload.php?style=inline&tab=upload&post_id=190
 }}}
 And it works just fine, but with '_wpnonce', it produces a Forbidden
 error.

 I've done some searching, and I see mod_security mentioned a lot - so,
 thought I'd mention, I do not have mod_security installed.
