 In all older versions of WordPress deleting wp-includes/js/tinymce folder
 would completely hide all mentions of visual editor for WordPress GUI.
 Starting from betas of 2.7 however it does not remove the editor tabs -
 both "Visual" and "HTML" are visible, even though clicking on them does
 nothing.
