 I dont think you can filter an RSS feed to show only tickets which you
 have posted in. See http://trac.wordpress.org/wiki/TracRss

 The only thing i can suggest is to recheck the settings on the serttings
 page: http://trac.wordpress.org/settings and that you've also got your
 email set and all that jazz on the forums profile page:
 http://wordpress.org/support/profile/ (Also note: I've checked the Mailing
 lists option on there too, i dont think that applies to trac, but it may)
