 I'm using the new wordpress 2.5. I tried creating a new user with editor
 rights, but the WordPress will not accept a user's email address if the
 TLD is com.mx. The admin panel returns an error stating the email address
 is incorrect, but the email address is perfect. The actual email was
 user at yahoo.com.mx (name changed to user here to avoid spam).

 Hope someone can spot the bug as this is a fairly big one.
