 I am setting up the subversion repository for http://showinabox.tv/ , a
 videoblogging platform built on top of wordpress, and we would like to
 have a branch created in the wordpress svn so that we can freeze a release
 version of wordpress and add external references to our plugins, which are
 hosted in separate repositories.  We believe that this will speed up our
 development process and give us a greater ability top comply with GPL
 coding standards by contributing our modifications back to the community.
