Comment:

 It must be a plugin causing your error, because the wp_post2cat table has
 been removed as of 2.3-RC1.

 Try disabling your plugins one at a time and then editing a page. Once
 you've found out which plugin is causing the error, do contact the plugin
 author and let them know their plugin is incompatible with 2.3.
